Centle India is a venture studio and conglomerate operating through its subsidiaries — Saasum, Maceco, Tobofu, Promtal, Vriddhi Capital, and Skill Tank. Our registered contact is connect@centle.in.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact form data: Name, email, phone, company, and message when you submit our contact form.
- Course / event registration: Name, email, institution, team details for Skill Tank courses and SummerSaaS hackathon.
- Payment data: Payments are processed by PhonePe. We do not store card details. We receive a payment confirmation reference only.
- Usage data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Cloudflare.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested services.
- To manage registrations and issue certificates for courses and events.
- To improve our website and understand how users navigate it.
- To send transactional communications related to your registration or purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secured servers in India. Contact form submissions are stored in our MySQL database. Payment order data is temporarily stored during checkout and deleted upon confirmation. We implement reasonable technical safeguards against unauthorised access.
5. Third-Party Services
- PhonePe — payment processing. Governed by PhonePe's privacy policy.
- Google (Fonts, Apps Script) — font delivery and participant data management.
- Cloudflare — CDN and DNS. Standard Cloudflare data handling applies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing connect@centle.in. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies for payment flow integrity (PhonePe checkout). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
