1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any page on centle.in or any Centle India service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Centle India provides information about its venture ecosystem (Saasum, Maceco, Tobofu, Promtal, Vriddhi Capital, Skill Tank), educational courses via Skill Tank, event management via SummerSaaS, and certificate generation services. Services are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely via PhonePe.
- Course fees and event registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
- Certificate download fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been generated and downloaded.
- For payment disputes, contact connect@centle.in within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on centle.in — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and certificates — is the property of Centle India or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: submitting false registration data, attempting to access admin systems without authorisation, or circumventing payment requirements to obtain certificates.
6. Certificates & Credentials
Certificates issued by Centle India (via Skill Tank or SummerSaaS) represent participation or completion as recorded in our participant database. Centle India reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraudulent registration is detected.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Centle India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
